I first discovered my passion for photography during high school.  I started in the darkroom, developing film and printing black and white photos.  I continued studying photography while at UAB, and have now progressed to color photos and using a digital camera.  I discovered both from a trip to Italy, and from meeting other photographers, that I enjoy shooting photos of nature, culture, and anything that shows the beauty of life.  I hope that my formal approach to art may be as much an enjoyment to others as it is to me.  I want everyone to see the beautiful world as I see it through my camera.
