Sara considers her art to be a journey. Every pieces builds on the pervious -  slowly evolving in subject, medium, and style. A recent subject trend in her work includes the organic vs. the structural in nature, science, and the emotional evolution of mankind.

Sara utilizes many different processes -  some of which transform digital to physical through transference. She uses ink, marker, gesso, colored pencil, wood, canvas, paper, amongst many other materials to make her work - the materials used vary depending on the subject matter.

Originally from outside of Boston, Massachusetts, she came to the south and graduated from Samford University in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. Sara works at Scout Branding Company and is a member of the Internet Society of Alabama (IPSA), Catalyst for Birmingham, and she's a founding member of the Birmingham Art Collective. Sara loves to make art and put on shows with other community artists. She also loves downtown living with her husband Josh and dog Cornelius - her sweet rescued beagle/aussie mix.
