About Me: I am a self-taught contemporary abstract painter and presently reside in the Atlanta area. I was raised in a military family, spending my childhood overseas and all over the Easter U.S. These dynamic formative experiences provided the base for a life-long zeal for diverse people and places, art and culture, as well as for strong bonds to family and friends. Aside from my passion for the art that I create I enjoy cooking for friends, wine tasting, traveling, antiquing and playing with my dog.

About My Art: I began painting in 2003; sort of on a whim, but to see how I might be able to express my creative energy through visual art. I found that utilizing acrylic paint mixed with textured mediums on either stretched canvas or wood panel were the tools right for me to convey my creativity to the world. All of my paintings are original works and composed of only top quality materials. I find inspiration for my paintings in the subtleties of nature, in the myriad of people and colors I see in my everyday life, and in the full and diverse life I have led.
